My Mission
I believe in order to live a truly aligned, healthy, and happy life, we need to work on our body, our mind, and our spirit. These are the pillars I focus on with my clients. We identify what the goals are, and collaborate to design a plan to create balance, achieve wellness, and thrive in every aspect of life. When we have a plan in place to live life emphasizing these core values and have a support system to make it happen, I believe we are unstoppable.

I guide clients in discovering the compelling reasons behind their desire for change. Together, we identify the behaviors or lifestyle choices that may be keeping them from achieving their goals. I help them define their ideal life and create a clear roadmap to move them from where they are now to where they aspire to be. I have contracted local clients I see in-person and others I meet with virtually over zoom.

- Working toward rebuilding self-esteem by teaching positive affirmations, guided self-reflection, and helping recognize strengths
- Providing guidance and emotional support throughout the recovery process
- Helping to set achievable recovery goals while building healthy coping strategies
- Encouraging accountability and healthier habits to maintain sobriety
- Empowering individuals to rebuild their lives and staying committed to long-term recovery

My Story
Truth be told, I feel I have been a life coach my entire life. For as long as I can remember, family and friends have come to me for advice. What to do, how to deal, what to say, how to heal. It is in my innate nature to try to help others and offer solutions to life’s complexities.
It wasn’t until my adult life after becoming a personal trainer, opening a fitness studio, and having my 4 kids, I truly felt the life coaching tendencies kicking into high gear. Working with clients on their fitness and nutrition goals, while also coaching them through personal, emotional challenges truly set the stage for my ultimate career calling.
I had several friends on separate occasions tell me I should look into life coaching. I decided to do a deep dive and assess my own life. I looked inward and asked some hard questions. Was I fulfilled and living what felt to be my calling and purpose? The short answer was no. I left my brokerage career in the energy/commodities industry to pursue something that resonated with me on a much deeper level.
This is when Fit Collaboration was born and I became a certified Life Coach. I specialize in fitness, nutrition, general wellness, and addiction recovery coaching.
